What sewer augering actually is
Sewer augering is the tool of choice for clearing tough blockages that standard drain cleaning can’t touch. We feed a mechanical auger down the sewer line and break through the clog — whether it’s roots, grease, or debris — restoring flow without cutting into pipe.
When augering is the right call
- Slow drains throughout the home — usually points at the main line, not a fixture

Why not just DIY?
Consumer-grade augers work for shallow bathroom-drain clogs. For anything past the trap — and especially anything in the main line — you need pro equipment, and you need someone who can tell the difference between a clog that’s cleared and a clog that’s been temporarily punched through.
